A stool from the collection "Fibre" will definitely earn the sympathies of all those, who prefer natural materials. Although it is made of cut timber, it has, however, been treated to give it an organic form and texture of a piece of wood washed ashore from the sea, and a greyish brown colour of snag. All parts of the chair are made from one solid oak board, so its fibres meet in the joints moving organically from one plane to the other.

Are you too preoccupied with keeping nursery room in order? A convenient and modern modular storage system will solve this problem! It is easily adaptable to the amount of child’s belongings, the interior and space of the room, choosing the box size, quantity and colour. Boxes can be well combined and interconnected, and they have slabs to write the contents of a box on.

The solid wood chair "FH 7" in two colour variations, is a complement to the "Black FXZ" collection. Its ergonomic design and specific joint of components derived from the strong and safe dovetail joint that will offer you a great value for the years to come. Although designers glue all parts together, owing to this solution, the wooden chair would also be safe enough without glue even to swing on it.

Those who love to refurbish their home or office quite often will certainly appreciate the design shelf "TETRIS". The shelf consists of diversely combinable modules shaped to create easily unusual and easy-to-use shelves for various needs. Its lightweight form reminding of a laced wall creates a feeling of freedom and airiness. This is your chance – create a shelf of your design!

The designer bed "Petra" also qualifies for the title of the best product. Its Greek name perfectly describes its basic features and values – the collection grounds on male stability complemented by female aesthetics. The headboard and frame of the bed successfully combine the wood-specific durability with the light softness of finishing.

The “NORDI furniture” team believes that the law of nature is merciless, so they want children to grow independent in their thoughts and deeds. They have submitted a uniquely designed black baby crib from their new "KiDSON" furniture collection for children and teenagers. The basic colours of collection – natural oak in combination with black and white.

Among the competition works, there are other useful things for families with children – a furniture set "Cloud" for children that includes a birch plywood table and chairboxes. Both children and parents will love the fact that chairboxes are made in different sizes and stackable. Moreover, "Cloud" can easily be matched to the nursery room interior as the chairbox lids or seats are available in yellow, orange, blue and green!

Ernests Vītiņš, a designer of benches, presents a composition of original layered glass benches of unique form and planned location in space so as the functionality of benches would match the overall architectonics of the newly built Academic Centre for Natural Sciences. This work, however, will not be transported to the exhibition, since it weighs several tons despite its visual lightness and romanticism!
